Equipment

The total volume of the tank is about 20 cubic meters (the volume of the water tank and the sewage tank can be freely distributed), made of high-quality steel plates from Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation, with a wall thickness of 8. The middle of the tank is designed with a reasonable anti wave plate, and the sewage tank is lined with a butterfly shaped head (with reinforcing ribs)

The interior of the sewage tank is covered with stainless steel plates, which prevent corrosion to the bottom of the tank and facilitate unloading. The tank is equipped with a ladder inside

The double top design of the left and right oil cylinders of the tank body (with buffering support rods) makes the lifting and lowering of the tank body more reliable, and the vehicle has strong stability

The high-pressure pump adopts Pinfu 350L flow rate, 18 MPa pressure, self-developed large filter, without disassembly and cleaning (to prevent impurities from entering the high-pressure pump)

The SK-42 water ring suction pump is driven by a Weichai 420 horsepower auxiliary generator unit, with a vertical suction head of 10-15 meters and a parallel suction head of no less than 50 meters (dedicated to river dredging and pipeline network renovation)

Install a new independently developed anti overflow valve on the top of the sewage tank (with a filter screen, easy to disassemble and clean, to prevent dirt from entering the pump), and install a three claw tank mouth on the top of the sewage tank (for easy tank cleaning)

The rear high-pressure coil is fixed with a triangular double plug, which is stable and reliable. The coil is enlarged and thickened, and equipped with a shower tube (the high-pressure pipe can be washed when being recycled after operation). The coil can rotate 180 degrees (hydraulic drive)

Both the high-pressure three-way valve and the suction four-way valve are installed with a diameter of 100 shockproof pressure gauge, which can resist working environment vibration and reduce the pulsation effect of medium pressure, accurately displaying the actual pressure situation

Standard with a large toolbox, a 600 drain outlet at the rear (hydraulic opening with locking device), 100 internal suction, and a 100 and 150 self flow outlet (installed at the bottom of the tank for cleaner discharge)

The operating systems are neatly arranged in the operation box, with operating instructions and precautions to prevent misoperation

The side of the tank is equipped with a ladder, the top of the tank is equipped with a patterned plate platform, and safety barriers are provided
